Description
Guyton hook was broken during strabismus surgery under GA. This case was residual exotropia and lateral rectus had been myectomised. I tried to review the lateral rectus muscle through fornics incision. The muscle was attached firmly to the sclera and hardly came out. The Guyton hook was broken without strong traction.
