Guy Named Michael Mike Attacks His Brother

On Oct. 18, 2013, my brother, Michael Mike, attacked me for confronting him. He threw my vegetable juicer outside.

My dad was in mostly in bed for a few weeks up to that point because he bruised his back, so I was making him vegetable juice every day and watching him drink it so he didn't leave it out and it spoiled. I came back down to make breakfast for him and give him his medicine and the juicer was gone, but Michael was in the kitchen, so I checked for the mail and saw the juicer in the back yard.

Michael was convicted for misdemeanor assault and battery and has a few penalties from the court for it.
