Guinness certified largest circulation by single author

Eiichiro Oda's popular cartoon "ONE PIECE (One Piece)" (Shueisha) have been certified to Guinness World Records as the "most comic series by the published single author." Its official certification award ceremony was performed in a large theme park in held in Tokyo Tower (Minato-ku, Tokyo), "Tokyo Tower One Piece".
