Grenada 2016 Budget on Sports

ST GEORGE’S, November 25, 2015 – More than two-thirds of the 2016 budget allocation for the Ministry of Youth Empowerment and Sports will instead be directed to the New Imani Programme.
In delivering the 2016 Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure on Wednesday, Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Dr Keith Mitchell said that “this budget provides EC$53.7 million (US$19.9 million) for youth and sport development, of which $31.4 million is for administration and delivery of the New Imani Programme.”
