GoPro Hero 3+ Black edition Wifi problem

Some of the cameras do not behave well!
The wifi activates, starts by itself, even though the camera is
completely shut down.
The monochorme screen is also somehow active while the camera is off.

UPDATE:
Please see the link bellow to my post that can possibly solve the problem without returning the camera. Get back to me how it was..
