Registering for the South Asia Expo Canada 2025 is easy! If you're a business looking to showcase your products or services, you can apply for Vendor Sponsorship. Just visit the registration portal, fill out the application form with your business details, and choose your sponsorship package. After submitting, you'll receive instructions to pay the sponsorship fee and confirm your booth space. For those attending as International Visitors, simply sign up by filling in your personal information and interests. Once registered, you'll get a confirmation email with event details, including the schedule and exhibitor list.

After you’ve registered, make sure to check your event details. Vendors will get booth assignments and promotional options, while Visitors can plan their visit by reviewing the agenda and exhibitor list. When the event arrives, Vendors will set up their booths, and Visitors can explore the exhibits, attend talks, and network with industry professionals. Don’t forget to follow up after the event to keep building connections!
