Giriraj Singh manipulates his Fix 2-kid norm statement

Patna, Apr 21 (ANI): Manipulating his original statement over "Fix 2-kid norm", Minister of state for Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Giriraj Singh on Thursday said that he meant to say a country cannot prosper without a proper population control measure. The BJP MP from Nawada was speaking at a cultural event in Bagha, West Champaran, wherein he said that if India does not change its population policy and enforce a 2-child norm for all religions, "(Hindu) daughters will not be safe and might have to be kept in veil just like Pakistan." The audience of the event majorly comprised of RSS workers and sadhus.
