Getting started with QPAY Payroll is simple. Start by logging in to the QPAY Portal with your username and password.

You are just minutes away from processing your employees’ salaries on our easy-to-use payroll system.

First, walk through the simple step by step process to add employees, create timesheets, and update salary information.

This one-time process will get you familiarized with the portal.
Next, make sure your Commercial Registration and Establishment ID copies are uploaded on the portal.

Here, you must download, sign, stamp and upload the Client Agreement document.

You can manage these documents at any time by going to the Settings tab, and clicking on Business Documents.

Next, jump over to the Employees section to enter all your employees’ details, and upload their KYC documents – it is very, very important to keep employee information up to date and accurate.

Once you have updated your company documents, verified your business profile, added your employee information and ID documents, you are all set and ready to process salaries!

Remember, in your portal homepage itself, you can see your My To-Do list to add employees and process salaries with the quick links.
