Getting Good Feedback from Submissions

This is a submission for a contest at www.beginningbjj.com, which is a great resource for people training in BJJ or any grappling style.

Note: In the video I say closed guard but keep open guard, I'd run a marathon a bit before filming it and my legs were still suffering. Please excuse any confusion.
