Raclette in its simplest form! My wife & I enjoying the cheese fest at least twice a month.
No fancy stuff on top of the grill - just roast some french bread. Keeping it simple also in the raclette mini pans - some blackforest ham, herb salami, pickles and of course plenty of cheese.
