1 - If you are on the 3.55 CFW, Do not Upgrade to 3.56 OFW as it will Brick Your PS3

3 - Remove ALL Firmware, any kind of multiMAN, File Manager or anything created by PS3 users. Use this before you Update if you want to be really safe.
Erase Me v2 Download from here http://www.multiupload.com/ZKKBP904V0 to Erase all Firmware
4 - Go to http://www.ps3tuts.com/cfw356v2.html and get PS3 Jailbreak Manager 3.56 This will give you the Unique CFW 3.56 File which you will copy into your usb and then insert into Playstation.
