Gatchalian disappointed

In his opening statement, acting Senate President Pro Tempore Win Gatchalian expressed disappointment over the absence of the 18 former Marines, their lawyer Levi Baligod, and Mike Defensor. He said their failure to attend denied the committee the opportunity to question them and determine the credibility of their allegations.
