GameSpy is no working Worms 3D/Forts/4

Hello, A few months ago I had purchased Worms 4 mayhem on Steam. after downloading it I found that the game was broken. when I would start a game the environment textures were missing and it was just a bunch of worms floating around. I went to the steam forums and a bunch of people were complaining of similar problems. I either want a working game or my money back. I don't want to get the CD, install W3D and try to remember my Gamespy account right now, but as Worms3D-Portal has been suspended very recently without any word it sure is likely Worms 3D servers are down as well.
