From Lean Six Sigma to Business Execution

In this video Paul Docherty, co-founder and Executive director of i-nexus is going to speak to those people who have a shared experience with me of trying to help make their efforts to implement operational excellence Lean Six Sigma in their organizations more strategic, more sustainable, more relevant to their senior management. And I am going to really focus on how we as practitioners can think through the process of building on the investment we've already made in Lean Six Sigma to establish the foundation for what I am now calling business execution or what is increasingly being called business execution which is a close loop way of bringing together the planning of what we want to try to do with the execution of what we want to try to do.
