From e-government to We-government

Micah Sifry and Andrew Rasiej are the founders of “Personal Democracy Forum”, a “conversation hub” on the future of democracy, as they like to present it. Selected by the American website PoliticsOnline, they received the International Trophy of the e-Democracy Awards 2011 which took place last October in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. Sifry and Rasiej explained in front of a jury their engagement in favor of a society where each citizen can participate more easily in the public life, via his mobile phone, his social networks or his blog.
