Description

Prawn curry is a traditional dish from south side of India. Here we have prepared this fried prawn curry in our own style.
Ingredients:-
For marination
Prawn - 300gm
chilli powder - 1/2 table spoon
turmeric powder - 1/4 table spoon
salt - 1/4 table spoon
ginger garlic - 1/2 table spoon
lemon juice - 1/2 in a piece
For masala preparation
coriander - 1/2 table spoon
pepper - 1/2 table spoon
cumin seed - 3/4 table spoon
cinnamon stick - 1
cloves - 2
kashmiri chilli - 4
For cooking
cooking oil - 2 table spoon
fennel seed - 1/2 table spoon
onion(chopped) - 1 (big size)
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 table spoon
curry leaves - few
tomato(chopped) - 2 small size
turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
salt -1/2 table spoon
grinded masala
water - 250ml
fried prawns
coriander(chopped) - few
