Get a big bowl and to the bowl add 1 cup of yellow cornmeal, 4 tbs of season salt, 1 tsp of paprika, 2 tbs of garlic powder, 2 tbs of onion powder, 1 tbs of black pepper and stir\r

Coat fish pieces in this seasoned cornmeal\r

Place pan over low heat\r
\r
Add 3/4 cup of oil and allow the oil to pre-heat for 3-4 minutes\r

After 3 minutes add fish pieces and let them fry for 3-4 minutes on each side
