Free to Dream

A video based in the European Charter of Fundamental Rights: recognizing a set of personal, civil, political, economic and social rights of EU citizens and residents, incorporating them into Community law.
However, we know that the practice of these rights is not linear and there are many obstacles that stand in the way of many European citizens.
This video was shot in Lisbon, in 2 days.
