location : exect before the assemblly hall of the punjab on mall road near a theater .
the time was 8: 45 pm of the night or evening
a person arrested from police in near to the blasst location becoz of spy .
the sound of the blast was listen from many miles away ,peoples threatened by it all the shops were closed after it and all the emergencies team arrived there to handles the situation but no one found as a casuality and more injured
