For you Mum

Mother's Day is on a different Day in Canada and America than in the UK.

My Mum passed on many years ago now and it is still very vivid in my mind. Two weeks before she died she requested I play Guitar at her funeral, I remember being surprised at her request as at the time I believed she was not going to die. When the time came to play the piece she requested I was unprepared, out of practice and using somebody else's out of tune Guitar. I have never been happy with the performance I gave.

This is a tribute to my mother with the requested classical piece 'Romanza' with some things I would like to say included alongside.
