L'ASE avait organisé en 2010 une opération "Noel Solidaire" en direction de plusieurs villages du Bas-Congo en collaboration avec Geoffroy Heimlich, archéologue du village, qui travaille dans cette zone. Le club et ses licenciés avaient apporté des jeux de maillots, des ballons, des livres et affaires scolaires en grand nombre. En 2013, le club remet en place cette opération pour Noëll !
