We are focusing on making difference, so we welcome feedback that we receive and are constantly trying to improve our services. We aim towards independence of our service user. We work through IPPs(Individual Personal Planning) and motivate people to fulfill their objectives. Our staff is completely dedicated to help people live their lives independently and actively in their own residence as they can. They are qualified and trained at the training centre of Kadji. There are compulsory training modules that staff has to attend before they can be placed at Care receipient's Residence. We take an utmost care to provide satisfactory services to our service users.
