copy this letters in " "' like below without ( " ) (Symbole)

"-availablevidmem 30.0."

Save that Notepad file named as "commandline"

Make sure all 4 file are compitabled with win 7
1}GTA IV (Main game)
2}GTA4encoder
3}GTA4browser
4}launch GTA IV
