'Five incinerator projects given to inexperienced firm'

The government had awarded five low-key incinerator projects to a company known as XCN Technology Sendirian Berhad, despite it being inexperienced in building incinerators and despite there being major delays in at least four of those projects.

DAP's Serdang MP Ong Kian Ming pointed out today that the major shareholder of the said company is a former navy chief.
