FET Process

FET presses are transversal stretch forming machines and it is the most versatile machine of the ACB range.

FET presses have 8 actuated axis with a numerical control-system :
4 independent horizontal cylinders
4 independent vertical cylinders

These presses exert a traction force in the transversal direction of the metal sheet.

The gripper jaws are in line and rigidly mounted. The kinematics impressed by the machine to the two lines of gripper jaws allows wrapping the part in a direction tangential to the tool throughout the forming process.

Machine range: from 200T to 2500T
