Fallen Off the Planet, lyrics by John Reneaud

I've fallen off the planet
My feet slipped off the ground
I've fallen off the planet
My feet slipped off the ground
My good woman gone and left me
Oh that train is headed heaven bound

Well no one seems to want me
No one seems to care
No one seems to want me
Oh, no one seems to care
Got no place left outside to go
Just got nowhere

The warden says he likes me
He's got a nice happy home for me to stay
Say the warden says he likes me
Whoa, lord got a nice happy home for me to stay
I got busted up back in Detroit city
Now I'm headed Jackson way (a prison in Michigan)

I've fallen off the planet
My feet slipped off the ground
I've fallen off the planet
My feet slipped off the ground
My good woman gone and left me
Whoa lord that train is headed heaven bound

Tattoo my buddy from the hotel suggested the idea of the Moonshine Truck catalog. It’s a fantastic upload of electric blues vibe. This version of Fallen Off the Planet is the first song in the catalog and I expect to upload new tunes in blues flavor here on the Moonshine Truck on a somewhat regular basis. This is a simple blues tune... I wrote the lyrics with traditional blues in mind. It was prompted via the twelve bar blues and it came out better than I had expected. This song was chopped, cut, and mixed by me for quick output. I edited the video at the Cosmic Egg Farm from simple AI prompted visuals and an old photograph.
