A 2 minute glimpse into the fakery, allowed by "self" regulators, that puts commission salespersons in charge of the retirement savings of an entire country. Using a title for which they possess no license, no registration and no professional duty, the investment customer is an unwitting participant, or victim to the ruse. May eventually be the source of #classaction when public awareness is alerted to the deception by our largest and most "trusted" institutions. Canada has 150,000 or more of these so called "advisors", while in the USA the number approaches 1 million.
