[Factions] Underwater Home "Tactic"?

Set my home underwater underneath a platform, only to find out that the /home command works similarly to /top: I get teleported to the top of the platform instead of in the water. I'm not sure if this is intentional, or if there's no workaround, but I wanted to point this out, as many of the factions players I've talked with have complained about this.
