To qualify for a trade account a minimum of 20 cameras would need to be purchased. And we will provide:
1. full 2 years manufacturer’s warranty for any software failures.
2. 24hr contact number for critical issues.
3. 12 months unlimited telephone and online support for users that require assistance with the software functionality.
4. 24 months warranty for any hardware failures.
5. Faulty items will be replaced within 48hrs of reporting via courier if they cannot be readily fixed.
6. Telephone support will be available weekdays from 9-5pm
