Export from 3Ds Max 2010 to "Second Life" - Part 1

3ds Max 2010 is 3D design software that mostly used to develop games of special effect for movies. But now you can use it to export a design (a house or furniture etc.) to Second Life, by exporting "Prim data" (or "primitives", Second life objects). this is part one, setting up 3ds max.
