Nintendo's Wii is a common console for people to gravitate towards when the conversation turns to video games and rehabilitation. Recent press has the Wii Fit dubbed "Wii Habilitation". Here is a brief look at the Wii Fit balance board and some optional configurations. You will see the Airex Balance Pad, Therapeutic Ball, Thera-Band® Stability Trainers and a walker. In later videos we will go into more detail on the use of optional devices with the Wii Fit, Eye Toy, Dance Dance Revolution and a plethora of others. How do you use the Wii Fit?
