I saw a bloke the other day
Whilst walking down the street
I nearly went the other way
'Til he, with force, did greet

'Have you got a credit card? '
Was his op'ning gambit
I thought I'd like to punch him hard
And surely that would end it

But no, I took his diatribe
'Tis coz I am that fool
and coz that day I did imbibe
His pitch caused me to drool

Interest free and some prizes
To the con I was agog
But I got wise to his devices
And thumped his sad fizzog
