ESPN CHICK - Beautifully Broken

She looks into the mirror
With tears flowing down her face
Wishing that she was someone else
Because she hates what she sees

She's beautifully broken
And everyone just looks right through
She's broken all over and no one knows it

She covers up every day in the mirror
And at night she cries herself to sleep
Wishing that she wouldn't wake up the next day

Beautifully broken is who she is
And everyone just looks right through
All the pain is piled up from head to toe

It's a matter of time before she gives up
No matter how hard she tries to get him to notice her
He looks the other way and it breaks her heart

She's lonely and beautifully broken
Can nobody see that all she needs is maybe a little love
All she wants is someone to replace that broken body

Oh how she wishes she wasn't here anymore
So many thoughts run through her mind
But for some reason she is still breathing

This girl is beautifully broken inside and out
Why won't any one fix her
Because time is running out
