Isotopes solving algebraically
I’ve learned this before
Chemistry, biology, zoology
This subject is a bore
I understand it to perfection
Or perhaps, maybe I don’t
That’s why I’m so bored
Or I’m just metalloid
So am I ionic or covalent
Don’t really hook to any of this
Atomic mass
Protons and neutrons
Wonder what's the atomic mass
Of a pigeon
Poor electrons
Get thrown out
Like cheap napkins
Or lousy friends
Just so elements can hang out
And why are helium and neon so perfect
To good for the other elements?
What’s wrong with having
An extra electron?
I’m sure potassium likes it
But he can’t have friends
Unless he’s just like Argon
Stupid popularity educed elements
