When do you need an OCBC Security Token?

USING OTP SMS or OTP token button

- Login to:
- check account balance
- funds transfer to own accounts
- pay bills (eg. Telco, utilities)
- 3rd party funds transfer to existing payees
- eNETS direct debit
- Credit card activation
- Change personal details other than mobile number and mailing address.

Login to:
- check account balance

Using token "SIGN" button

- Add new payees
- 3rd party funds transfer above transaction limit'
- Pay other banks' credit card above transaction limit
- Change transaction limit'
Maximum amount allowed for each transaction
- Change daily limit
Total amount allowed per day for each service
- Update mobile number and mailing address
