This Video creates an entirely new message, as espoused by its eclectic comments, fresh analysis and original narration, based primarily on the book, “Madam President: History in the Making?” by Ramesh S Arunachalam. And as per You Tube norms/laws/best practices, such works that create new meaning (using other source material) are considered fair use.
