Encourage-Mint ... click play to freshen your day.

The most powerful tool in an argument is to allow the other person to be right.

You have the power to create peace between you and the other person.

We need to ask ourselves ...

- "Why do I have to be right?"

- "Why do I need to convince the other person that they're wrong."

When we learn about something, we need to give ourselves the space to be wrong. Since we never stop learning about life, we need to continually have an option to be wrong about something that has been filtered down to us by whatever means it entered our brain.

Try your hardest to listen to the person who has a different opinion and see if you can see the issue from their point of view. When they're right about something, try saying "you're right about that."

It's better to be open and learn with the other person than to argue a dead point simply because you won't let it go.

Healthy growing hurts sometimes, so please don't take todays encouragement as "I'm a horrible person because an imperfection has been pointed out in me," but rather as "Awesome, I have a chance to be a better listener and learner than I was yesterday."
