Ehi murArE

A great saMsk;rta piece of song, written by an unknown writer, given a title of "gOpikA viraha gItaM". No one knows who composed music for this song. Other than its original notation there are many other renditions, some of which are really great.
The meaning of the song and its feeling underpinning the lyrics is extremely tender and soft. So is the music. I am not a trained singer, so tried to do my best, which is definitely amateurish.
I listened to this great piece work in "bhaktiraMjani" program of All India Radio during my high school years. It got imprinted in my mind. Now I have the chance of practicing and rendering it by myself. Hope you will appreciate my audacious attempt.
