EADs For H-4 Spouses

The EAD program for H-4 spouses started on May 26, 2015. It is available if the H-1B professional (1) has an approved I-140 visa petition or (2) is the beneficiary of a PERM application or an I-140 filed at least 365 days prior to the end of the 6 year H-1B period.
