Dune 2000 - Converting R16 to TGA

This tutorial covers conversion of Dune 2000 images stored in R16 files to the Truevision TGA format. The sound quality is quite poor, and seems to have gone a little high pitched for some reason, and also seems to be a second or two out of sync with the video. But this is the first tutorial I've done, so future ones should be better. I hope.
