Dudley Quinlivan was born in New South Wales, Australia and moved to Queensland in the early 1970s. Having great interest in the property development industry, he began his property career by establishing himself within the construction arena. One of his first construction works commenced in Cape York Peninsula (located in Far North Queensland).

Dudley Quinlivan has since developed his skills and knowledge, to find solid ground in the development industry. Now based in South-East Queensland, he continues to develop and broaden such business avenues.

More recently, Dudley Quinlivan has become a strong advocate of literacy. He has invested vast amounts of time, money and effort into the research and development of literacy programs for English speaking children and people of all ages learning English as a second language.

For over 15 years of its 25+ years of development, Mr Quinlivan has helped support the Mamone family in the research and development of an English language learning system, called The DD Code.

From The DD Code, Dudley Quinlivan further built a not-for-profit charitable arm to provide literacy programs to Australias indigenous population.

Ongoing, the company marketing The DD Code, Rabeck International (under the leadership of Dudley Quinlivan), has since conducted over a dozen pilot course programs, delivered using qualified teaching staff and independent testing, throughout Queensland and New Zealand, with further programs planned in 2009 in South Africa.

With a new avenue and direction in his career, Mr Quinlivan and the foundation work towards introducing the pilot courses into other countries, such as South Africa, Hong Kong and other areas of China. But his first passion remains tackling the literacy issues faced by indigenous Australians.
