DTM Promotes Cooked Food Backup Plan!

Dan The Man, a.k.a. liferegenerator on YouTube and a staunch advocate of a fully raw diet, seems to now be on board with the cooked food backup plan. In a recent video, Dan provides advice on how to mindfully eat healthy cooked plant food; raw is no longer the law! \r

DTM still says raw is best, but offers his suggestions as to which cooked foods to choose in case you cant eat raw. This advice doesnt sound too different from what Durianrider was advocating in new when he was demoted from his pioneer status at Woodstock. Sounds like Dan is now on board with the much maligned backup plan.\r
