Drawing Studio Major Project

Major project in Drawing Studio 1: Drawing time - exploring the idea of duration.

My idea in this videos was to explore time as an essential component
in life, show how it is simple and amazing and it's involved in our
daily lives.

I choose to make a video because I wanted to show that time isn't something that is
stuck and flat or even defined. But it's the continued progress
of existence and it is inexact.

Some of the features that I've used to emphasize this analysis was
first than all, time-lapse, which creates a strong feeling of duration
and extension of time. As you can do much more things in a short period.
The time-lapse also shows the different light intensity during the
day in a very clear way, as you can compress 3 hours of video recording
into 40 sec video for example.

Another feature was to show me making a "speed painting", so the viewer
can see the transformation from a totally white MDF board to an artistic space,
showing in this way the changes over the time, the before and after.
