Description
Blue and red paper cupcake liners are cut in half and glued alternately on a black sheet of paper. From a blue liner, cut out the shape of a head. Attach it to the dragon. Cut and glue horns from green paper, make mustaches from red paper, fold three orange strips into accordions, and attach them to the head. Cut out eyes from white paper and draw dots on them with a black marker.
