The Double Cone Mixer is relatively important equipment in modern processing plant where it is used to create harmonized solid mixture. The solids which are being mixed in this equipment can differ in terms of bulk density & in percentage of total mixture. An entire body of the mixer rotates and does not allow a single particle of the mass to stay at one place. The mass continuously tumbles and mixes.

Double Cone Mixer is unique equipment especially suitable for the small to medium capacities. The sizes of Double cone mixer available are 50 liters to 3500 liters.

As per customer demand, all contact parts can be fabricated using AISI 304 or AISI 316 material.

This mixer has a single or double shaft with adjustable mixing paddles.
Manually operated butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge.
All moving parts covered with SS304 covers.
Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.
Control Panel fabricated from SS304 material with facility of three phase indication, digital timer & Current measurement Meter & with fully integrated motors and controls
As per customer requirement, machine can be made available either with left side drive or with right side drive.
Speed reduction is easily achievable due to use of worm gear and Variable frequency drive.
Inside & outside surface of the cone is completely mirror finished.
Machine Structure is built using AISI 304 material.
All safety guards & covers made out of SS304 in GMP Model.
