This should be an Anti- Drug ad campaign commercial: If you're an addict( who doesn't have health insurance, or gets their stupidity exploited on A&E's "Intervention") your only option is a Privately owned, State funded facility - which are basically just clandestine Medicaid scams. You could just stop, but the BILLIONS made every year in the "business" of Drug Treatment Programs will incline most... parole/probation officers, (from minor possession charges) therapists , or social workers to refer you to one- where you're likely to end up like this guy- overdosing on a dirty floor as a result of lacking adequate supervision from certified employees, with EMT's struggling to revive you while your fellow junkies record the entire ordeal on their cellphones and laugh...yet just another example of one of the many things in our society which are fundamentally WRONG.
