I have been following the dialysis patient diet for over two years now and all I can say is that this diet truly works! It has really done wonders for my health and in the management of my renal disease. But before I go into details, I want to start from the beginning.
Is a condition, not caused by certain behaviors or lifestyle but caused by another health conditions. It may include some Nephrology (Kidney Disease), pregnancy, using of birth control pills, Tumors, Addiction to alcohol, thyroid problems. There's no specific cause or reason why this disease appears but there are certain factors that doctors consider that surely contributes in developing in such a problematic disease.
High blood pressure is not a disease of old age, it affects people of all ages. The diseases we see in old age such as heart disease, stroke, chronic kidney failure, and abdominal aortic aneurysm are often a result of many years of out of control blood pressure.
This silent killer forces one's blood to push violently against the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. The higher this pressure is, the more the heart has to work which contributes to the hardening of the arteries, the development of heart failure, stroke and kidney failure.
What can you do? Quitting soda altogether is one option. But if you don't think that's realistic another option is to make soda at home. That way it'll only have the ingredients you want and nothing you don't.
