Dog Leash Training

This is a series of short videos to introduce new dog owners
to successful dog leash training

In my opinion dog leash training is as important as any other training.

When out in public with your dog you are responsible for its actions.
Dogs are inquisitive animals and when out walking there are plenty of
distractions, not to mention smells.

A dog being a dog will always want to explore and if you have a strong
dog you need to control it.

Until your dog learns to walk without pulling on the lead, consider all
walks as leash training sessions

If possible exercise your dog before a training session because of
the energy a dog has, this will make it easier on you.

A good way to do this is a game of “fetch” or something similar.
