Dog Escapes Car on the Interstate

Occurred on August 31, 2019 / Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Info from Licensor: Dog was running in a local Aramingo area then it took the exit onto the i95 expressway in Philadelphia. People were trying to catch the dog to safety but it was unsuccessful because he was fast. It then took the next exit and I didn’t follow because I wasn’t going that way, had to go to work so don’t I know the ending results.
