He stepped in a puddle, right up to his middle...
In this new extended version, there is a special guest from another famous story - you can work it out !
In the video, the Doctor is played by Paul Mumford who is a real doctor (but in music ) and obtained his PhD at Dartington, Devon.
At the end, he appears in another guise, just for fun.
The song is one of several he wrote for a children's musical.
